There Can Be Only One
Tonight feels cold, but I left my slippers upstairs, so it's my fault.
Today I bought about five calendars, with a calendar gift card I got for christmas. i'm happy about them all. i got a 365 civil war one, with quotes and facts, i really wanted it. now i think i have seven. i can think of three more i want and then hopefully i'll be done. i think i had too many this year, but ten feels like a good number.
This evening I made a big pot of vegetable soup, mmmm asparagus, tomorrow my mom and I are going to watch all three lord of the rings movies and eat the soup. i'm pretty stoked.
I spent sometime at the library this morning doing some geneaolgy reasearch, i found my great great great great great grandfather's name in the 1800 kentucky census, but not in 1790, nor could I find any mention of him in virginia's census. i think maybe i should start looking in early kentucky settler stuff, maybe i can find more information about his family and where he came from.
I've been on a massive highlander attack for days. I watched about ten episodes on the sci-fi channel, then this new movie that I just heard of earlier in the month. I also watched the tape I had with bloopers, and the season premiere. now i'm all a swirl with the movies, so i'm reading the movie to book book, and spending way too much time watching queen music videos and reliving my highschool years of total dorkatude. it's just too fun.
p.s. look how freaking cute the cold mood icon is, his teeth are awesome.
p.s.s. I realized today that I'm really having a thing for guys with mustaches.
