Blah.
I'm not really feeling much like updating my journal today, but I actually have a moment to do it so I thought I'd summarize my recent life.
Had a good Christmas even though the spirit just wasn't in it. Got together with most of Nate's family Christmas eve, both his parents were there. They managed to mostly avoid each other even in the confines of my tiny little house. Had Christmas morning with just our little family, and then went to my parents house for the rest of the day. Tanis opened like 3 presents and decided that was enough to play with.
I ran my first ever DND adventure and board the players with too many puzzles.
The night before New Years Eve was fun Nate actually came out to the bar with me. We had dinner with some friends at Tim Sans Japanese Steakhouse which was a lot of fun, went to see King Kong, got pissed that there was NO employee in the building to refill my popcorn after the movie, and then went to hang out at Old #7 with the gang + a few. New Years Eve wasn't too bad. Had to work and we ended up short handed so Angie and I ran around like chickens with your heads cut off; although tips were decent.
Had a really amzaing dream that got interupted last night, but the interuption was worth it.
