Because they make me feel less scattered brained. And since I won't be able to move until I hear back from Central about my financial aid, they'll make me feel better about being stuck here. Give me a chance to start acquiring things... anyway, I probably don't have time to move until like July anyway. Suddenly June is BOOKED. I'm still finding time to go strawberry picking this year, dammit.

Furniture is mostly set, thankfully. Living in an apartment without any furniture is crappy. Lucky for me, I've laid claim to most of the older furniture at my Mom's. I'm just going to empty the study when I do move. I also vaguely regret throwing away so much of the stuff from the old apartment when I ended up back at home. Then I'd have a lot more in the way of kitchen stuff than I do now.
