Okay...just did 7 minutes and 1.6 miles on the bike. On top of that, I did 5 sets of 30 arm curls, holding 3 lbs weights.
Ate for breakfast: 1 bowl of Special K cereal with strawberries and 2% milk. I am NOT going lower than 2% :P Anything lower than 2% tastes like water to me.
And I haven't worked out the last few days. Did nothing yesterday. Day before I spent about a half hour dancing after my friend's wedding. On Friday, I spent the afternoon scrubbing the living room rug and vacuuming the whole house.
Lunch: garlic crab meat and peas with mushrooms. slice of homemade strawberry pie
Handful of chips for a snack
Small bowl of Teriyaki Chicken for dinner
