You don't often get award-winning novels to download for free (legitimately anyway).
And that reminds me: What do you guys in the US (or anywhere else for that matter) call the '#' sign. In the UK it's the 'hash' symbol, but that doesn't seem to work too good as instructions in a teleconference... Complete confusion all round!
*It seems to be a pre-emptive strike about online publishing and Google Books and... I dunno if I get the logic, but I can see it's an issue for authors.
