My mom and I were talking yesterday.
She said to me, "Krysta I think its very sad how your generation cannot face their problems. Instead they hide behind a 'send' button. What is the internet anyway? Why would someone feel the need to put all their business out there for someone to see? To many of your generation are relying on a screen for answers, and validation. You guys are going to have a hard time dealing in the future. I will pray for you, and your generation."
I said to her, "Your absolutely right. We take the easy way out and never face anything head on. Mom please pray for us, we are going to need all the prayer we can get. I love you."
I love my mom. She is the smartest woman I know. I'm so proud to say I'm her daughter. Thanks to her I can say that I am not scared of my future. I know that I am a strong woman and can stand on my own two feet no matter what comes my way.
