Feliciano adores his brother. The smallest gesture of affection makes his day. He has also recently gotten into a relationship with him, though he doesn't truly understand what he's doing or why. It seemed like a good idea at the time and he's too happy to question it. Feliciano wants to believe that romance will heal all the woes of their dysfunctional brother relationship, but so far it has merely led to a dysfunctional romance on top of it. While Lovino's jealousy and lack of self-esteem cause them problems, Feliciano holds his fair share of responsibility as well. As far as he is concerned, Lovino's upset is all just pettiness and childish temper tantrums, which he breezily ignores.

Ludwig is Feliciano's best friend and, as Germany to his Italy, his Axis Powers ally. He admires him and feels safe with him, he is happy in his company. However, things have become a bit more complicated lately, for Germany was once the Holy Roman Empire, Italy's childhood love. Ludwig has recently rediscovered his past, though he doesn't remember it. Feliciano tries his hardest to see only his friend Germany when he looks at him, but it is very hard for him not to try to pin all his yearning for Holy Rome on him, now that Ludwig is aware of his past.

Vash is the first and closest friend he made in Ruby City, though Feliciano was terrified of him at first. He has since then decided that Vash would never hurt him and feels safe with him - the only exception being if he thinks Vash might get overprotective of Lili. He loves to mother Vash and spend time with him, cooking pasta for him or just chattering at him. He feels quite protective of Vash as well and has told him that he loves him.

Feliciano adores his big brother France. He was the first person to manage to comfort him when he arrived scared and alone in Ruby City. He can make Feliciano happy simply by being there and letting himself be cuddled. Francis is also Feliciano's confidant of choice, he is the one with whom he readily shares all his heart aches and worries.

For Lili, he will act mature and gather what little courage his coward's heart possesses to be strong. They both try to mother and protect the other. He trusts her very much and is close to her, but is at times hesitant to confide in her since he doesn't want to add to her worries. Lili has become the little sister he never knew he always wanted.

Feliciano has become close friends with Becca, a human girl from the future. At times, he sees her as a little sister or a child and treats her as such, chiding and teaching her, while at other times it is Becca who acts the part of the older sister to him. Either way, he is very fond of her.

Gene made Feli the most irritable and hostile he has been in Ruby City. His personality rubs him the wrong way, though his experiences in the maze and haunted house made him dislike Gene on principle.

Feli has made fast friends with Kanetsugu. He trusts him, confides him and looks up to him, for he admires his poise. He is also pretty impressed by his "magic." Kanetsugu is someone he goes to for advice and to whom he will listen. While he tries to understand Kanetsugu's problems and his history as well, it often leaves him a bit overwhelmed.

Feliciano met Alphonse in the maze, where he saved him from ferocious crows. Although they only spent a little time together before Feli died, he is very fond of Alphonse, his hero and savior.
