It's a circus today
This had been going well with Dana, and he was feeling better about sharing what had gone down while she'd been dead. They'd been great together too, save for her nightmares. She still had them, and he still woke when she did, trying to sooth her as he could as she continued to claim she didn't remember. It was a subject he was still trying not to push. It was late afternoon when the call from her brother had come in and he'd nodded as she'd thrown on some clothes and headed downstairs to take the call.
Which left him to stretch and lounge in bed a little before he'd managed to put pants on. The sound of someone at the door had him turn with a smirk, pants not buttoned yet, "That was fast..." He blinked a little when he saw the blond instead of his brunette.
"Really? I thought it was fairly late considering." Rebekah moved into the room slowly. "Though I'm glad you missed me."
His head shook just the slightest. "I thought you were someone else." He took a step towards the door though it put him just a little closer to the bed as well.
Smirking, she moved at vampire speed to pin him to the bed, straddling above him. "Who else would you be expecting? Your brother's girlfriend?"
