it's not her fault that she's so irresistable.
yesterday was homecoming. what a day, it went on forever!
so i woke up at 6:30, called wifeh to wake her up, got dressed and went to pick her up. we go to sunset and find like...the entire bowling team is taking SAT's with us. so I hope i did okay, i was aiming for a 1300. i need the 1270 for the 100% scholarship. anywaaaaaays.
i go home, get online and chat, go take a shower and ruuuuuush to get to wendy's house at 5 for my 'hair appointment' :-P so i get there, poor girl's still on crutches. she starts doing my hair. let me tell you, this girl is brilliant. usually, curls don't stay in my hair. she did my hair...19-20 hours ago. my hair is STILL perfectly in place. thru dancing, thru sleeping 12 hours. she girl is amazing. plus it looked SO GOOD. she did my eyeshadow too, it looked great. i love her!
kaila and her boyfriend picked me up, and we literally drove for like, an hour trying to find this place. i'm like ugh, we're never going to find a seat, never going to eat, i paid $40 for nothing. so we finally get there, i don't have my glasses on because everyone was giving me hell at school "you're not wearing your glasses to homecoming, right?!" so i have kaila leading me around, making our rounds, saying hi to everyone. everyone in our little group decides to get a picture taken together. dude, 17 of us in a picture together. a picture made for like...a couple. it was hilarious. there were like 10 girls smushed on 6 chairs, and the guys in the back. i bet it came out cute.
so then some song came on and we're all like OMG DANCE FLOOR NOW. so we run up there to find that the floor is packed, everyone's dancing with everyone, we're so smashed. dancing was such a mission, but we did it. later, i found junior and he and i danced for awhile. leila got taken away by some cute guy on the dance floor, go leila!
kaila finally found me at about midnight and we left. i was so exhausted. no afterparties for me. went home, online for 20 minutes, and then i slept.
and that was my day <3
