three lengthy anecdotes

[A young man dressed in red and gold and appearing to be in his late twenties moves smoothly, dancing on a raised stone platform, suspended between two cliff-sides a hundred feet from the ground. He might look vaguely familiar, from the amber eyes and pale skin and from the thick black hair, pulled into a decorated topknot on the crown of his head. The similarities to someone else end there, he's stocky and robust, with pointed sideburns.
A red dragon and a blue dragon dance with him, or, if you watch longer and more closely, he dances for them. The motions are large, slow and controlled, and it would be obvious to someone with even a cursory familiarity with martial arts that the dance is a kata that, when sped up, could be quite dangerous.
After he finishes performing with the dragons, they stop and face him, as if asking the man to dare argue their decision. The heated stares last five, ten seconds, and then the image cuts out. What was going to happen next?]
I have decided to once again go after my dream while I am able to. I am starting a tea and luncheon shop! I'll be accepting only the finest tea leaves and have heard and seen and smelled myself that I can get them from mister Ukitake. These will make the best brewing in town. So many places here serve stuff that is nothing but mucky boiled water!
If possible, I would like to find an apprentice in the art of tea making and choosing to run the shop in the event that I go home to take care of the necessities at hand. I would also like for all of you, and you know who you are, to help me decide on some recipes. A four nations spread could be the finest idea I've ever heard of! Something for everyone.
