Best dorky line I've heard in recent memory: "I'm not a player, I'm a gamer."
This was in reference to him being a player (traditional definition) and him essentially just saying, "Oh, I just play video games...I ain't no player."
Anyways, I used to be really into video games...years ago, before post-college, before college, back in high school and before. Then, I kind of lost all interest in video games and in fact, I didn't buy any of the new generation systems...this was three generations or so ago.
Well...I've managed to totally get myself back into video games. I got a PS2 as an early Christmas present...(I'm allowed to play it until tomorrow to make sure it works and doesn't need to be returned, then I have to stop using it) and I bought myself a Gameboy Advance as an early "quitting smoking" present.
It's fun and addictive and another way to "waste" my money. :P
In other news, I am down to ONE cigarette a day, and not that many pieces of Nicorette gum. My craving for nicotine and smoking itself is really decreasing at a rapid rate, much faster than I expected. This makes me happy.
