(no subject)
On the 5th, i got the window to my car busted out by a hummer
I called to get it fixed. They were supposed to come this past tuesday. The window still is not fixed.
On friday, I got a citation for possesion of alcohol. What happen in reality was that my friend bought two bottles of jack for two of my friends who were 45 and 23. These two were bartending and couldn't get it themselves because the store would have closed by the time they got off. So when my friend got in the car he handed the bottles off to me to stow away. The undercover officer saw this and pulled us over. I had two bottle on the floor by my feet and the cop called that possesion. Not to mention i had 10$ in my hand so i could give it back to the people. It looked like my friend was buying alcohol for me. The packy was less than half a mile away from the destination. When i pointed to the building where these people work and told the cop to go in and ask the bartenders he said he didn't want to drive all over the place.
Note: all legal offences that happen out in town get told to your unforgiving chain of command. no such thing as double jeopard while in the marine corp.
So then i wanted to do something for myself. So i bought the new start wars game so i could entertain myself in my room. Got back installed the game and it doesn't work.
I went out to breakfast this morning and on the on-ramp leaving base (off base in my opinion) The military police caught me going 53 in a 35. I was off base when i was pulled over. I was going from a 35 to a 55 mph zone. I'm going to loose my on-base driving priviledges for 90 days (the rest of time i have left in the usa; I leave mid march for iraq)and my command is going to kill me.
On a good note! i bought two cups of coffee and talked with a homeless man for 2 hours yesterday. This guy chose his position. He has been all over the united states and has lived a full life of pure experience and hardship. there is something wonderful about that.
