Cosplaying
Ahh so im sitting at work trying to figure out some Flash actionscript, and its really irritating.
The code essntially generates two numbers, divides them by each other, then does some math so it comes out a number with 2 decimal places. Almost got it figure out so that if it gives me like a 12.8 that it makes it 12.80. But thats not the real problem
the real problem is that after it does all of the math, it gives me the number say its like 1.87
so i set it up so i could press the button and it would tell me the number, so i dont have to do the math and figure it out (its doing the molar equations again... well still, not again). So i press the button and it says the answer is 1.87. So i enter in 1.87 and it tells me the answer is wrong??!? what the heck!? Granted it only happens in like 5% of the answers, but im still trying to figure out why it does it for that 5% of times.
So im looking through cosplay photos to get my mind off work for a bit and its like jees..... there are tons of cool things out there. I just need to pick one cool cosplay and do it. Unfortuantly all the cool ideas i have for cosplays are going to be rather large cosplays. That makes it difficult since when going to cons with other people, space is at a premium when driving there. I know my brother will help me sew them its just that picking one and going with it. It even sucks more that i really dont have any place to work on them, other than my apartment. Ive been thinking about just renting a storage garage to keep all my cosplay things in, and then id have some place to work out of, execpt for the fact that i dont have electicity at the garage, so that would kinda suck.
One of these days i really want to learn how to fiberglass things. Picked up a couple of sander tools last time menards had its 17% off sale, so that was good, and ive got foam to work with, so thats no problem.
One of the ideas ive been kicking around is just putting together a World of Warcraft costume. Thats something that everyone would recognize. It was really funny at AI how you could sit down at a table and just mention something about WoW and there would be SOMEONE at the table or was right there who would pipe in about their character or whatever was being discussed.
I think i just like the ablity to rant about things and ramble on. I'm not sure how i do cosplaying, but i really enjoy wearing costumes at the con and i like going to the sessions.
I need to just make something.
