okay so blackberry update..

today was suposed to be my u day to eat.. but i was really motivated. so i decided not to eat..

i did have an egg white which is 17 cal.
it snowed here so i couldnt get to the gym. i was so bummed.. and since i was busy all day i didnt get to go. but i had work and thats alot of movement so that had to of burned alot!!! thank god.

i lost 2 lbs btw. im so happy i really hope i keep losing 2 lbs a night. i get so bummed when the losing weight process slowws down.. what do some of you guys do when that happens??
work out more/ harder
more fasting
purging
any ideas....
