Dear Mr. Black,
This letter is to inform you that the arrangements you contracted our firm to perform are complete. The residence known as Villa Aphrodite in Santorini, Greece has been cleaned and prepared for your arrival on December 27, 1978. Your instructions of "get the place ready and make it perfect" were carried out in the spirit we believe they were given. Please see the enclosed photographs and let us know if we have met your standard.
The villa as we found it was in excellent repair but unfurnished. Our firm subcontracted to several firms that specialize in decorating and fitting homes for habitation. Additionally, the residence was stocked with a wide selection of top end dry goods, wines, etc., and a variety of sundry and personal items necessary for daily living.
On December 26, 1978, one day prior to your arrival, we will further stock the residence with a selection of top end fresh food items that reflect the local flavor of Santorini. Contact information for our associates in Santorini will be left in the villa. Please do not hesitate to make requests of anything should the need arise. We strive for quick turn around for our clientele and hold to our motto that "no request is too strange."
Our firm sub contracts with all of the top wizarding firms specializing in travel and tourism. A set of brochures and pamphlets have also been made available. All scheduling can be handled through our Santorini associates.
