so this is my last night in vacationland. tomorrow morning the family and i are off to north carolina for a week of fun-filled family hell. yes.
august 25th i am back on campus. this thought is one of the few that is keeping me alive.
i probably won't be back in maine until thanksgiving break, don't miss me too much, but keep that in mind.
maybe a few days on the road and a week with my toes in the sand and my fingers sliding across piano keys and steel strings will soothe this battered soul.
i can only hope. for such peace.
