Within days of the announcement that for the first time in history a machine has discovered new scientific knowledge independently of its human creators... a proposed budget for the U.S. Military has been released which phases out the manned F-22 Raptor, cancels a manned bomber in development, and adds an order to buy 50 of the new unmanned "Reaper" hunter-killer drones.
Some of the new drones will join the U.S. Air Force's "All Robot Attack Squadron"... which already exists.
