Day 23

40 minutes in on ye olde treadmill. 4 of 5 shakes consumed. The urge for food tonight is quite overwhelming. 1 more shake (and the natural peanut butter) hopefully will help. Really I onl have 4 more days as Day 28 will include a healthy solid meal. I won't fail but man am I looking forward to next week. I am planning to have a salad Mon - Friday at lunch. Of course the wife and I will probably eat out on next Sat and next Sunday but I will be keeping it clean.

Parents will be up this weekend.
