Hunters were never this hard the first time around. I've finally found most of them, but Ren's still spotty about picking up his damned phone. Sigh.
I hung out with Rachel last night. :) We wrote words. I wrote 600 with her on my couch. She wrote.. some indeterminate number of pages. I unfortunately kept changing music on her. Oops? XD;; But I had fun. I <3 Rachel very much. :)
Meanwhile, Uny's cat is avoiding me. She's still spurned that I ate her mom. >_> Well shit, Riva, I didn't know you wanted her that badly. I'll share next time. e_e; God.
I need to do dishes. I need to make dinner. I'd rather write. Something keeps flicking out of the corner of my eye. I think I'm just in hallucinatory bits. :D
I'm reading David Wellington's Vampire Zero, which I'm entertained about, because, like 99 Coffins that got me into this series, it's handled rather like a B movie. You spend an INORDINATE amount of time yelling at the characters for being so IMPRESSIVELY dense. And I'm watching Caxton slide into a state of existance not unlike that held by Blythe. :D It's lovely. She hates it, but she can suck it up. XD 13 Bullets, which starts the series, was fucking AWESOME. Zero is a kind of steady "OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT" going on. I enjoy it. Qui wants me to stop reading them. I think they're AWESOME. Vampires are bad people. :D And in Wellington's mind, they're all inevitable sociopaths. X3 It's pleasant, because they /say/ some of the best things in the world.
Meanwhile, I have to go grocery shopping and bake a cake for Wednesday for work. Damned work. Making me bake shit. e_e; Pah.
I'm going to go try to crunch a hive now. :) Surprise, surprirse. Herman's picked up the phone and is coordinating his lieutenants against my Hunters. I'm impressed. He never had a brain before....
