So.
In an attempt to pretend I can take baby steps...
And actually just an occurance of playing Chicken with myself, I uh... Did lots of self-improvement bits today.
I have my first credit card. And I was entertained by having a credit line for the first time like... ever today. It's not a lot, but you have to start somewhere.
I then got feeling equally incapable of dealing with this properly, so I decided to research the community college I really ought to start at soon.
And I'm still not ready to dive across traffic into that one, but soon! There's an urban geography class, and it sounds really awesome. o_o; I think I might want to one day go into architecture or urban design or something. IM IN UR LIBERRIEZ, PLANNIN UR STRETZ. Or something. XD;
But then, in an ultimate explosion of playing chicken with myself, I uh. Looked up the clerk typist positions I want with the state, and saw they're still available. And so I uh. Read how to apply for them. And made an account. And then started filling out the online application because I uh. Thought there was more to it than that. o_O Now I am scheduled to take the typing test to prove I can TYPE LIKE THE WIND!!!! And if all goes well, I'll have a position to fill in February. ^^; Because that was the arbitrary date I picked for 'earliest you can start work'.
