You know, I thought it was funny when I decided to put zombies in my hometown for Halloween for the BR. ... I AM NEVER ALLOWED TO WRITE AGAIN!!!

Anyone who ever doubted my timing, my calling it, and all that shit, fuck you! Fuck you! You don't notice it at five in the morning, but those slack-jawed, glaze-eyed looks start getting a little weird after we come back to work.

The outbreak must have happened after nine... or maybe the symptoms just started showing around then. I don't know. All I know is that I'm clean (as far as I can tell), and I've got what I can only assume is fresh water.

The zombiefuckingDEER was a little insane, though. That was what tipped me off. The deer just charged Tif's Jeep on my way back in, and ... that car's toast. But it took the deer out. It was cleaved straight in half, just by jumping into the car. I so saw it coming, too. I have bad luck with cars.

Damn. This means Jenny's gonna be a little late coming in.

There's that fine line between fiction and ... uh... NOTFUCKINGFICTION. I had to run home, call work, tell them I had no car. Work didn't answer. None of the work numbers answered. There's four lines. I turned on the television, actually bothered to try to get a channel besides something pre-programmed. The rainbow bars of 'please stand by' were on all the locals.

I couldn't find my aunt or uncle, and I stole their car to venture out a little. I geared up - hammer, axe, silver, matches, wood stakes and clubs - you know. Just in case. It was horribly overcast today, and I saw one of Ren's Armada on my way into work before the deer got me.

My gear's off. They're undead, but they're not the type that's vulnerable to daylight and suck blood. They just... eat. Everything. What they don't eat, I can only imagine they change. ... Somehow.

Funny thing is? This is my parents' anniversary. All I can do is hope they're okay. Both their cell phones are off. I haven't heard hide or hair of them all day. ... And they chose to get married nine years ago today, since my mom likes to test bad luck. Shit.

At least T'en's underwater. And Tif... I haven't seen her all day, either.

Hate them. Hate fuckingzombies. Hate them. Said it before, say it again. Vampires, not so much. Zombies. Gaah.

... At least it's a lightly populated area. ... At least I can see them coming.

I think I'll barricade myself in the shed for the night. Wish me luck.

I have to call my set. We'll set up a Network if this thing hangs on. And I make it out.

... Pity we have no ammo for that gun in the greenhouse.

zombies, death to vampires, shit!
