Fat Bastard and the report Thanksgiving Special
LET IT ROAR THANKSGIVING!! Hopefully everyone is going to have a great holiday or good at best. Remember, this is not a time for bickering or fighting try to have some decency to put aside family feuds and allow your rivals and yourself time to reflect and collect yourself. Give thanks to what needs it and relax.
I for one am going to make an attempt to cheer up and make this holiday worth having. Hell, this is the first real holiday (halloween is a fun day, but it has never been a big holiday like presidents day or labor day.) that I will be able to celebrate with my family. The last one was Christmas of... 2005.
Since I have been on a very good diet this year (and have lost between 20-23 lbs now) I won't be stuffing myself full this year. I will enjoy some sweets, but not to where my teeth hurt. The plans are to have a good meal with the immediate family then go and visit my aunt for a bit (even though I see her once to twice a week any way) then finish up the day with either going to the theatre and watching a flick ( I want to see Ninja Assassin) or coming home and watching one of my new blu-rays that just arrived from amazon yesterday (the new Star Trek). Should be fun either way, and of course regardless of whether we actually go to the theatre I will be watching Star Trek when I come home (I haven't watched it since I bought it.) I have seen it, but like a kid I want to see it again and again and again. Out of all the Treks I like this one the best. - tangent oops
I do have plans to give some friends a call this weekend so if you have a cell keep it on so I can reach ya'.
