Some of the Basics First:
Full Name -- Ciarán Mac a'tSionnaigh
Name Used -- Victor Fox
Meaning of Name -- Ciarán - means 'dark little one' Mac a'tSionnaigh means ‘Son of the Fox’, or Fox. Depending on who you ask. So together his name would mean "dark little fox" :o
Nickname -- Jerk and asshole if they count.
Birth Date -- March 15th, 1977
Astrological Sign and Details -- He is a Pisces
Birth Place -- Carnlough, Northern Ireland, UK.
Age -- 34
Nationality --Irish, or Northern Irish (He would never think of himself as ‘British’)

Hair Color -- Brown or Auburn-ish
Hair Style -- Mid-length
Shape and Features of Face -- His face is very angular, with sharp cheek bones, and boxy jaw. At times he looks very server.

Skin Tone -- pale, though it does have some light color to it.
Scars or Distinguishing Marks -- He has a scar on his face, it is faint but noticeable. He also has three tattoos. One on his chest above his heart (words: thine heart is sealed), one on his left forearm (a raven), and on his right shoulder blade (a fox).
Disabilities -- A physical one- he limps. His left leg was broken during a mission, and was not given a chance to heal properly. It was never set exactly right, leaving him with pain in the leg. Be it because the bones are still trying to heal proper and never given the chance due to his constant activity, or simply because it is all in his head, or because the bones are just slightly off might never be known as he refuses to see a doctor about it.

Important Experiences or Events --Joined the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA) when he was 16, and then in 1998 joined the Real Irish Republican Army (RIRA) when the PIRA decided to a treaty with Britain. When he was 18, he was arrested and spent a year and half in jail for arms trafficking, and was officially documented by the government as a PIRA member.
He identified by an informant as having been directly involved in several bombings and killings in 1998 as a member of the RIRA, he was added to Interpol’s most wanted list. He was forced to go on the run. During this time he attempted to ‘lose’ his accent, passing himself off as an American tourist in parts of northern Europe. He kept up his RIRA involvement by helping to traffic weapons through isolated parts of Norway and Sweden. During on winter, he and another IRA member were caught in the mountains as a blizzard hit and forced to hole up in a cave. After a fight, he killed his accomplice, and would eventually feed of the body in order to stay alive after failing to catch any animals.
In 2001, he joined the deck under the assumed name of Victor Fox.
