Illusion technique, basically. People get blank-eyed like that.

[FFFF, well, uh. He'd be able to snap him out of a blanking episode maybe by forcing in a little of his own Chakra into him, but it'd take someone with eye techniques to really see the effect. :| He'd, at most, be able to tell something wasn't right, maybe just ever so slightly. Not that he knows what Mokuba feels like normally, yet. XD]
