See... I've read all that - digested it, smiled thoughtfully to myself and have started to draw up hopes and schemes for the future - but I can't get beyond the subtly placed fact that your music of choice for this post is Rio by Duran Duran.

There goes my sense of foreboding and building Doom.

Instead I see a tart on a yacht.

Now I'm finding it very difficult indeed to focus.
Although that could be more down to the dreams.

Glad to have you back too! For some strange reason, for all his ranting and rambling, Fowler seems to be something of a lynchpin.

And the way you describe is of course supported by the fact that, well, if an adept really, really believes that the world is a certain way that tends to shape things...

w00t! Fowler and his wide-ranging rambles that touch upon all points simultaneously and manage to be so much more because of it.

Ah... I'm sure Paradise will endeavour to make him shut the fuck up and stay on target.

Yay Fowler!

... the subtle scent of cigarettes in the air has just prompted me to add "Yay, Paradise!" as a second returning character (whose actor probably had to take an extended break to attend re-hab, or something...)

Theres this glaring anachronism right in front of her...she just has to work out how to use it...

Yeah...Suzanne's thoughts and my own seem to be pretty much vying for forward place in my head.

As long as Disc 4 isn't a series of disappointing boss battles set in a big crater and noticeably smaller than the other discs, they should be fine.

Does anyone have Omnislash yet?

Oh come on! The last wasn't that bad. If you're anything like me, you'd've rushed through the first ones, devouring plot, then found yourself nearing the end, wishing to prolong the time. Such a thing could only be achieved by incestuous breeding programmes and mass genocide of ineffectual wildlife with excessive force.

I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunities for us to achieve similar acts of gross, unnatural and inhumane nature.

No one has Omnislash yet. I think getting that far would demand that the character respectfully retired.
Or went insane, vanished and came back from the future with no eyes.

(pst - there were only 3 discs, surely?)
