This is the band I went to see performing on Thursday. They are called Beit Habubot (The doll house). How they became famous is a story of its own, with the radio stations dismissing them over and over again, they have become famous by friends telling friends telling friends, and by the time their first song was playing on the radio they already had their addictive followers audience. Well after watching them live I could see why it happened this way. Their lead singer has such charisma! He is buddy with everyone, making eye contact with people in the audience near and far, winking, giving 'high five', and making the gesture for "I love you" in sign language. He looked twice straight into my eyes and winked at me. As for the music itself, I think I've described well enough on the tag what it did to me. How it was playing inside my body and out. Hearing music by electronic means is never the same as being there, feeling your guts tremble with the bass and the drum dictating the rhythm of your heart. But this is the only way I can introduce them here. If anyone would like to hear how Hebrew sounds like, lol. The clip is stupid, of course, and none of the band members is shown. But it is the music that counts, so here they are:

And even when it seems
that the dawn will never rise
still there comes up
An old memory
And even when it seems
that the dawn will never rise
still there comes up
and shows where to.
