Warning

Did you ever read the warning on the back of blockbusters video games? My brother read it out loud last night.

Seizure Warning: Some people (about 1 in 4,000) may have seizures or blackouts triggered by light flashes while watching TV or playing video games, even if they have never had a seizure before. Anyone who has had a seizure, loss of awareness or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition should consult a doctor before playing video games. Parents should watch when their children play video games. Stop playing and consult a doctor if you or your child has any of the following symptoms: Convulsions, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, altered vision, involuntary movements or disorientation. To reduce the likelihood of a seizure when playing video games: sit or stand as far from the screen as possible. Play video games on the smallest available television screen. Do not play if you are tired or need sleep. Play in a well-lit room. Take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour.

Maybe it was the thought of Luke when he used to play video games that made me start laughing. Maybe it was conversation me and Luke had had prior to him reading the warning out loud. We imagined him running after Joe Pa and asking for an autograph, this would lead to Joe Pa being startled and death by heart attack. It might have even been the thought of thousands of children convulsing while watching Pokemon because the seizure warning sparked my memory of that happening. Whatever it was I began laughing and I couldn’t stop!

WARNING DO NOT eat watermelon while laughing hysterically you WILL choke!

Yup I’ve found ways to amuse myself so far this summer. Mainly just asking my brother if he wants a kumquat at least five times a day! Oh I might be working at project hope this summer. More about that later!

p.s.
Obviously I have trouble with HTMLs lil help?
