Looks like I'll be in Dundee a while longer than previously anticipated.
I submitted my art test on Monday, got an email back today basically saying what I'd expected - my modelling skills are fine, but my environment texturing just isn't up to the quality they're looking for.
Entirely understandable, I haven't had any practise at all doing next-gen environments before this test (since I was looking for a character artist position) ... but I figure if I try again over the next month or so, I can brush up my skills to the level they're looking for, and re-submit. I want that job! :)
