Good albums!
These are good albums I've been listening to a lot lately. This is mostly for Erin but this applies to anyone interested. Really brief descriptions and sample tracks follow!
First up: Sad Wings of Destiny by Judas Priest
Very heavy, very deep. Rob Halford has one motherfuck of a voice.
Standout Tracks: Tyrant, Dreamer Deceiver
Fort Nightly-White Rabbits
Good, fresh indie. Is a standard indie-pop album upon first listen but contains very dark undertones. Surreal.
Standout Tracks: Kid On My Shoulders, Navy Wives
It's Five O'Clock-Aphrodite's Child
Late 60's psychadelic-pop from Greece. Extremely charming, heartfelt, guarunteed to make you smile. Incredibly hard to find in America; torrent it if you're not doing that already.
Standout Tracks: It's Five O'Clock, Such A Funny Night
Law and Order is starting. If anyone wants more of these I'll make them tomorrow or later tonight.
