I have been house hunting lately. AND ITS SUCH A CHORE! Argggh if I can I never ever want to go through it again.
First its the location, then the loan, then the stupid idea of cash over valuation, how much is too much!?!?!?
AND the increasingly erratic nature of my sister's temperaments. I SWEAR I will never wanna go through this!
The only thing I am looking forward to? Is to have the ability to redeco the whole house. I am already thinking of what to do. Now.. I JUST NEED THE BLOODY SELLER TO SIGN THE OTP!!
