1. The decoy thing in Episode 1
2. Her basic handling of the blockade situation in Episode 1
3. Saying "no" to Anakin in Episode 2 (soon to be reversed, but it was good at the time)
4. Joining the rebellion in Episode 3 (of course, that scene was deleted)
5. Not being Mrs. Darth Vader
That was really hard!!! Padme is just weak and pathetic and makes really bad choices.
Episode 1: It was her fault Palpatine got his power trip in the first place, being all "oh let me take out this dude that has totally supported me this whole way and instead elect the old guy who's been staring down my dress for the past 15 minutes"
Episode 2: "oh Anakin, we can't be together. But come here and roll around in the grass with me. Look at my cleavage in this tight little leather number I borrowed from one of Jabba's dancers. Oh but no no, you can't touch, just look and pine. Go find your mom, and I'll give you a big loving hug, and then when she comes back dead, I'll stroke your hair and tell you how I find baby murderers hot. And since we're about to die anyway, let's profess our love for each other. Oh crap! We didn't really die! Darn, now I have to marry you. But don't think you're getting any on the honeymoon."
Episode 3: "........ Look. I can see my house from here." Followed by, "I just popped out two kids who have no one in the world since their father had to go all evil yellow eyes on me. I clearly have nothing to live for. *dies*"
