thanks brandon, i appreciate it. but i just want to say a couple of things...1st i think it's our duty to be in the world but not of it and we are supposed to not necessarily seperate ourselves from briarwood but to show them love through how we live and what we can say to them but God also uses the Holy Spirit to draw them to us and to people who can talk and pray with a for them. and 2nd of all we can still stay healthy while still being in the world and talking to people. but thanks for your comment and stay in prayer...it's coming.

You say more by not being there.

I don't tell the vast majority of people that I have a history with prescription drug abuse, drinking, and all that not-so-fun stuff. Some places are just stupid to be.

If you want to walk into the fire unnecessarily, do so. You never would have gotten me saved while I was high. It was afterwards that I needed somebody to talk to.

You have to be there to understand. The only people I've heard of who got saved while they were high had a divine moment of clarity in which God Himself spoke to them. Not people.

I'm in the world where I have been called to be. I don't put myself in the line of fire -- that's common sense. My ministry is to the community to which God has called me, and if this is where you feel led, then go. But don't do so without being very careful.

Jehovah Jired -- The Lord Who Provides -- will be with you.

why not associate with bwood people anymore? they need to know God's love as much as the next person. you cant completely take urself out of bwood. how is that helping anything? shouldnt you be in there(i'm not talking about the party i just mean in everyday life) encouraging ppl and showing them love so then they see how amazing God is. there are so many lonely ppl at bwood that just need gueinune love. thats what we are here to do love people. we arent here to talk about how bad they are and how they need God. we arent here to sit and judge them by talking about how they judge up. we ARE here to show them the amazing God we have. we ARE here to encourage them even though they are hypcrites. we ARE here to change the hypocritical churches and people. its not gonna do any good to sit on our butts and talk about change. we have to be the change. we have to do it b/c if we dont who will??? dont talk about change-- be the change. what about start changing bwood instead of talking about how much u hate it.

ok... but are you doing what God has called us all to do??? i do the same thing. i talk about how bad bwood is and how ppl need to change but me sitting here just complaining about it isnt going to do anything. i have to get out and show how awesome God is. i hate the hypocrisy of it all. it makes me sick, even though i am also sometimes a hypocrite. i'm sorry if i came off as preachy all im doing is pointing out something that i noticed.how can i preach to you about something i struggle with to. but i guess we all come off as preachy then. when we have stuggled with the same thing isnt it the respondsibility as the body to tell what u've learned so others can avoid going through what u went through.

You're still preaching.

I have a ministry. It's just not to Briarwood. It's where God has called me and where I feel I'm most effective. So don't go off on me about not doing what I've been called to.

that's awesome that u have a ministry props to you like for real thats awesome. all i'm saying is remember that even though you might be called to a certain ministry you still have the responsibility to minister to everyone not just your ministry. i'm just trying to express my opinion sorry that comes across as preaching. i'm just trying to point out something that i've learned b/c i've been through the same thing. if thats preaching well then i guess i will continue but i am sorry that i have offended u.
