It makes zero sense, you'd think there would be more people around on Fridays but that is never the case.
We're still struggling to get the store up and running, the doors are open and customers have been trickling in but it's not where it should be, so I haven't really been around this week at all due to all the running back and forth and trouble-shooting I've been doing there.
Yay trivia wins!
I'm really excited to see your dress, I hope you get it finished in time for the party, that would be lovely.
Yay getting rid of treasurer duties, I know you'll be happy to have all of that behind you.
Best news of this post however is that you've gotten a grant to get you through to March. That's *wonderful*. It's also possibly a sign that the other grant will be awarded to you as well. I wish you all the luck with the library job, I imagine it would be way more stable, but with the way states are closing libraries down right and left [or maybe that's just here] it might not be.
I wish for a complete economic turn around in 2012. If wishes were horses beggars would ride ...
Glad you're enjoying the cross country skiing!
Wuthering Heights sucks ass, I had to read it twice once for HS and once for college. I threw that shit away when I was finished.
I won trivia again this Tuesday! Double prize ($20 bar tab). I am awesome.
We are being as upbeat about grants as we can.
Wuthering Heights is horrible. I've never been able to get through the whole thing. Ironically, in my junior year of high school I wrote my best (grade-wise) paper on this book. WTF?
