Things that I love:
1. That the word motherfucker is in Merriam-Webster. And that it's a closed compound.
2. My dog who just went to town on the tray our chicken & broccoli casserole baked in. (Seriously, the noises coming from the kitchen were priceless.)
3. My husband for being ridiculously patient the last few months I've dealt with a lot of emotional crap. Ten years ago I'm not sure he would have handled things so well.
4. Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate syrup for making the best. chocolate. milk. ever. I never get tired of the stuff.
5. My coworker who knows I don't really do Christmas and would have had trouble accepting a gift, but wanted to gift me anyway. She gave me cookies that she made with the grandkids and a bag of used knitting magazines! Which was pretty much perfect. Consumables and recyclables.
6. Adam Sandler's Hanukkah songs which I listened to a couple nights ago. It just wouldn't be the holidays without hearing them. I stand by my statement from many, many years ago -- I would convert for that man.
