immediate response to tonight's Angel
Just a list of likes and dislikes. No serious analysis here. I just kept a running list as I watched.
What I loved and/or what cracked me up:
-'Harmonica', 'Lorny Tunes', and 'Angel Heart'
-the vanity in Lorne's office
-the whole masturbation gag
-DB's face as the Archbishop's pet uncorked its arm
-Angel watching hockey
-Angel in a RED shirt
-the Pylean jacket
-Wesley dancing (“She” is one of my favorite eps just for the dancing)
-Gunn peeing on Wesley's shoes and various other places (and then standing with his hands in front of his crotch later)
-“Hey! Angel's getting some. Good on you mate.” (Spike)
-“Hulk” Lorne sillyness
-“Oh my God, they shot Lorny Tunes.” (Harmony)
-“You pissed in the boss man's chair?... bloody fantastic.” (Spike)
What I didn't like:
-Angel and Eve-mystical influence is not enough to excuse this
-sad Wesley-my boy needs some lovin'
-no dancing Angel (and ”tiadawn” has my Season 1 DVDs
Overall I liked the ep. Lots of fun, lots of laughs.
