Wow. Two posts in one day. That would be because I forgot stuff earlier (and now have more stuff to add, too).
First, happy birthday to poshcat! I will offer you a poem, but I can't promise when I'll deliver. I still owe stuff for months ago, but I will eventually write you something. Prompt me if you wish.
Second, thank you to silvertedy for sending me personalized M&Ms! Four bags of them. A mix of "Ski do Moosesal" and "Happy Birthday". You rock, sweetie.
Also on the subject of birthdays, my mom called me on Friday and offered to take me to Hawaii as my gift. My pseudo-godmother S lives there and wants us to come visit. So Mom said she'd pay for my ticket. She said May or June, I said it'd have to be June but even that was going to be rough for me with work stuff. But then she called S and found out that S is going to be back in NM in May and June. Then S said July and August are too hot and suggested Nov.-Feb. instead. So Mom and I are thinking January which will be much easier for me all around. S had said we should come for a minimum of 2 weeks, but if I had to spend 2 weeks or more on vacation with my mother, one of us would be coming home in a body bag. I love her, but there's no way. Just no freakin' way.
