FYI - I have finally made some of the flist cutbacks I've been planning. Again, if I cut you and you're upset, feel free to cut me response. I just am not reading everything anymore and I don't feel it's fair to have people friended and not make time to read what they post. In other cases, I've cut people who just aren't posting. So, there you go ( Read more... )

That's so amazing I love St Bernards. They're my favorite breed. Well, them, and Irish Wolfhounds (the world's largest breed of dog)

.. can you tell I like big dogs?? :P

Ooh, that Hershey's syrup sounds yummy. I'll bet Mr WG would love it.

The names just kill me. My mom was originally thinking things like Sugar & Spice. Gag. She wanted two names to go together since she was getting a bro and sis together. Chris came up with Boris and Natasha and the rest of us were just "Yes! Yes!" but she wasn't sure. I'm glad she decided to go with it.

The syrup is awesome. Definitely give it a try.

The stuff is heavenly. I love chocolate milk. Love it. Have it with dinner most every night. This makes me want to drink it by the gallons. So good.

Oooooooooooh, Buck. *sad face* Oh, I hope for the dog's sake that they can keep him. That'll be hard on him changing homes so many times.

(And how much do I love you and Chris for opening your home and hearts to this couple??)

Boris & Natasha. Now I want to find Moose and Squirrel. [/thick Russian accent]

What makes Boris and Natasha such great names (aside from the obvious greatness) is that their sire's name is Moose! I kid you not. The mother is Angel, but the father is Moose.

Buck was so handsome and will be wonderful once he's more settled. I really do hope they can keep him, but if not, we would happily take him in. Either way, we should get some updates. The couple might be moving to Craig which is on the other side of Steamboat Springs up here in the mountains. It's about 2 hours away, but we could still have a playdate some time over the summer.

*grins at the mental image of you with a pack of St. Bernards* I can just imagine the cacophony of barking when someone new comes to your house now...

Nonetheless, Buddy's a TOTAL sweetheart. If Buck turned out to be just as much of a treat... you'd be very lucky. : )

I really liked Buck, but I'd be happy with just about any Saint. There are several being fostered right now by the rescue society, all just waiting for that permanent home. I think two is my limit though. *g*
