Office move is this Friday. On Monday afternoon I should be happily residing in an office of my own instead of a cubicle. I'm mostly packed. I've got 5 full bins and there's still stuff for two more I think. I've got my bookshelves pretty much packed up, my file drawers empty, and two of my upper cabinets done. All that's left is the left side of

Good luck - sounds like there's still some funstuff packing to go :). We moved recently and it's always discombobulating and tiring - but at least you'll have an office when you're done! Moosehaven :).

I hate moving. Work. Home. Doesn't matter. But I'm happy to be getting an office so I can handle the packing and unpacking for what I'm getting out of it.

It is office move week! We are moving on Friday as well. Entire office, to a different building - again (3rd move in 4 years to a different building - wish Corporate would just make up their fricking mind). And you are far and away ahead of us. We will start packing up tomorrow. Pain in the ass, isn't it?

Wishing you much luck. And hurrah for getting an office. One bonus to my move, I am going to be going back into an office as well (technically I have one now - but it is really a cubicle with high walls that don't meet the ceiling and a door)it will be good to have some privacy again. Yay. :)

We're only moving 1/3 of the staff to a building a few blocks away because we've outgrown our space but still have a lease. They hope to have us all together again in 2007, but I plan to be either telecommuting or freelancing full-time by then. So I should be in my space until I leave. I hope. :)
