The ground is cool beneath her; the grass lush, green. She looks up at the sky above her and smiles at a bunny rabbit then a pistol; the juxtaposition natural and right. She closes her eyes and reaches above her head one last time to trace the letters with fingertips. The granite marks her escape as she lies before it having cheated death one last time with Simon's drugs.
