Wow... you're right... a lot has happened since last time.... o_o;;
Hello again LJ Land =)
This may be a bad time to update though.... This week was really icky -_-
School has started and when Nikki isn't there, doing homework or at band, she's been at work. Fun stuff, yes? But there was a freak coincidence with scheduling... I'm now in every single class with Collin! Crazy, yes? That's been purdy awesome, I'm determined to beat him grade-wise haha.
Band has been alright.... March-a-Thon is tomorrow actually. 10 miles around Allen, w00t! -_- *finger twirl* The show music is... *shrug* Cool but still not quite Fiesta. =\ It seems like we're starting to slip back in with the music a lot of other schools play.... Kinda boring really... But at least we have Rose Bowl coming up. =) That is going to be so awesome. I'm not really excited about band at all this year. I just can't seem to get into it like I have the past few years.... I don't know what it is.
As far as work I'm finally getting more hours over at Starbucks, thank god. I've been working every night that I haven't requested off for band -_- So every Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday I'm more than likely at Kroger. Sucks, but I have to for my truck....
... that my parents still haven't decided on. It's no longer a want but a need. But they're too stubborn and thick-headed to talk to each other about it. I can't stand it anymore. There are days I just want to beat them both over the head and ask them what the hell they're thinking. More Dad than Mom though. There are some days I just can't stand him anymore. I don't know what it is. I do know that every time I'm over here I'm upset with him though. Maybe that'll stop in time. Maybe not.
Friend stuff is ever-changing.... The lil "group" is so different now. We can't invite others before checking with each other to see who is mad at who and etc etc. I've spent most of my time with Travis. Bobby thinks it's because"I like him" but that's not it at all. He's just there for me through everything. He actually listens and cares. Something Bobby doesn't seem to understand at all -_- Whatever. Travis practically lives over here and I wouldn't have it any other way <3 Even if he does steal all my Dr. Pepper lol
The cruise with Manda is getting closer and closer. But of course it's the week of Fall Break where the marching contest is. -_- I planned around Mesquite and now they've changed to the Plano East festival and yeah.... I have to try to find a way to contest, even if it means flying from Houston or something =P Mr. Pennington tried to get late slots so we'll see how all that goes.
Still hopelessly obsessed over you-know-who. I never seem to "get my stuff right" around him. But it's getting better. Slowly, surely, we ARE making progress haha. Maybe by next entry I'll have better news....
Going to the Green Day concert tomorrow night. That'll be interesting. Kind of had some disagreements over little aspects of it tonight. We'll see how it goes. I'll post pics too.
I guess that's all for now, maybe I'll add more tomorrow.
