(no subject)
Yesterday I got to do what I've been wanting to do ever since I moved to the beach . . . go to the beach and grade papers. There is just something about having work, but getting to do it out in the sun, that is just awesome. Also, it was A MILLION DEGREES yesterday. Today too, but I have computer work to be done today.
This weekend I cleaned my entire apartment. And when I say cleaned, I mean, moved furniture, got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed the floor kinda cleaned. I don't even know that it was this clean when I moved in!
I think one of my classes is going to be cancelled this summer. It is sad, but at least I won't have any classes on Fridays! I will lose the income I was going to get, but I still have 2 other classes, plus the tutoring I'm planning on doing. Still . . . I spent forever planning for a class that is going to be cancelled, and now I will never get to use those lesson plans.
