At work
This update is mainly to let everyone know that, clocking in at 5 and a half pages, I have finished the first draft of my first paper for Latin American Thought. I am so proud of myself! It's amazing to think about how much I used to agonize over my writing in Spanish, and I cracked this thing out in 2 days . . . and it's actually GOOD! Fascinating.
I am at work this fine morning because they were desperate and I could do with the hours. As long as it doesn't happen every Sunday I'm cool with filling in here and there.
It is only 3 weeks until Homecoming! Wowzers!
