(no subject)
What a week!
I decided that today I wasn't going to do anything useful, but I went and made that doctor's appointment, so I guess I broke that promise already. I made it for early in the morning too, so maybe the doctor's office won't be running behind yet and I can just get the stupid thing over with, get to my frontera exam, and get the heck out of town for a few days.
I had a bunch of very strange dreams last night. I mean VERY strange.
So now that I have a breif reprive from school, I'm working on digging myself out from the pile of mess that's currently covering my room. I haven't had time to clean in ages!
I'm going to tutor today, but I think I was kinda rude to my tutee's mom when she called me last night to set up the appointment. I barely remember the phone call; I had just gotten home and was changing into my pajamas . . . and then I remembered that I had to call her. Half-dressed, I called her up but she was not home, and her family member told me that she would call back in 20 minutes. I hung up the phone, and then somehow I never got started putting on my pajamas again, I just looked at my bed and thought, wow that looks comfy, and climbed in, wrinking up the work clothes that I was still wearing. I kinda lay there for a while thinking, man I should at least take off the rest of these clothes, I'm totally wrinking them up and then I'll have to iron stuff, and then the phone rang.
So this morning all of my work clothes are sitting on my computer chair, wrinkled as hell, and there's an address and a time scribbled on a Post-it, and I seem to recall interuppting this woman several times as she tried to give me directions to her house, saying, "It's cool, I can look it up on Mapquest!" I guess I will apologize when I see her this afternoon, but honestly I don't even really remember finally getting up and turning off the light, much less her phone call.
I slept more than 10 hours last night!
