You know what I relly long for? Those things that people love intensely for just a couple of days, and then they throw them out. Like christmas trees. A couple of weeks before christmas you start to see them. All beutiful with lights and ornaments. And people really love them ya know? If only for the presents under them. It becomes a focus point of love and happyness. And then, a couple of days after Christmas, you see all these christmas trees out on the road. More like tree skeletons actually. With half their needles stripped off, and still with little bits of tensil wrapped around them, all that remains of the love and care that was shown in decorating them. Or puppies at the dog pound. Some kid really loved that dog/cat/whatever. They hugged them, probably took them out in the yard to play. fed them, probably gave them a bath or two, and then lo-and-behold, they see the next cool thing and the puppy, that little furry ball of momentary love is left in a small pen for three to five days before the county wastes a couple of intraveinus ounces of Barbiturate and its off to the big fire hydrant in the sky. Now that last parts a little sad, but do you see what I'm saying? Theres all of these little pockets of love all around, but they're tossed to the wayside. And people wonder how a human can kill another human, when its socially acceptable to hook up a dog to an IV and the drip..drip...drip echoes the sound of a fading heartbeat as the overdose takes its affect. Stuff like this happens everyday. At this point I'm really just ranting. But Its worth bringing to light. So the next time your depressed, and sad, and wish you had a glimmer of happyness in your life. Just remember all the love you wasted on that christmas tree, or puppy, or whatever, you could have used that about now. Because love really is wasted unless its sustained isnt it? Think about it.....

Moment of Zen: If you're ever in a plane getting ready to take off, and you see another plane crash into something, just smile, because hey, there have never been back to back plane crashes.
