Thanksgiving

What? You want to know how my Thanksgiving was? OK. Thanks for asking.

It all started on Tuesday when my dearest coworker and favorite biotch, Juli, let me leave work early. I drove to Birch Run and spent the night with my Mama, Grandmama, sister and two nephews at a hotel. We got up early for a fun day of shopping, or so we thought. As the minutes went by, the wind got colder and eventually the light mist that was coming from the sky turned into big, wet, heavy, cold snowflakes. Snow. Lots of it. Nothing, nothing, nothing, and then BAM inches and inches of snow. The drive back to Lansing was not fun. Fucking semis think they own the road and can push little gold Corollas off to the side as they barrel past you going a whopping 55mph. Asses. The normally one hour drive took two hours and 15 minutes. NOT bitchin. The highlight of my ride was seeing a car in the ditch that had just flew past me a few miles back. Sucker. I'm mean.

I got home and hung out with Tux, watched TV and lounged around the house for a while. When Nick got out of work we drove to GR and that normally one hour trip took us two hours. Nice.
Thanksgiving Day goes like this: wake up, shower, eat lots of food, rest for half hour, drive to father-in-laws for a couple games of Sequence (not my favorite game), drive to parents' house, eat lots more food, eat cake and ice cream for Thomas' birthday, drive to mother-in-laws, drive to Meijer and buy a game and some rum, drive home and play fun games with friends while drinking rum, drive to Meijer again with Juli to buy chippy-cheese stuff, come home and make/eat chippy-cheese and end the day by dying repeatedly while playing 007.

You're jealous. Admit it.

How was your Thanksgiving? That's nice.

PS Would you like a sip of my kitty? (That sounds dirty) He's low carb, low sugar and low fat. Only side effect is hairballs. ;)
