friggin busy day

last night i slept over at jen's and had a good long cry while watching 'a walk to remember'. why do we torture ourselves so? then thos morning we woke up had pancakes, actually i should say afternoon, and watched 'the cosby show'. i dunno why. kim called on her *new* cell and we decided to go to the mall. we wandered around and had some lunch, during which we spotted a RAGING tranvestite. he/she had short blonde hair, was wearing all black with matching high heeled boots and a gold necklace that said 'neil'. i never thought that such people existed outside of nyc but i was proven wrong by this sighting. afterwards, kim's sis picked us up and i went home to get ready for the movie night at sunnyside. i picked up sabs and we got there pretty early for us to futz around awhile before the movies. we watched 'hook' and part of 'angels in the outfield' before christin had to split for curfew. we left at 10:30 and she had to be home at 11. plus she had to take kim, julie, sabs and me home. crap. so we're driving at the liesurely speed of 65 until we get stuck behind a semi on egypt rd going, no lie, 15 mph. and christin, not about to miss her curfew, decided to pass the, i emphasize this, SEMI TRUCK on egypt rd at a NO PASSING ZONE. oh, did i forget to mention the oncoming traffic? i saw my life flash before my eyes in the headlights of the car dead in front of us. luckily, big blue pulled us through before we had a head-on bumper car collision. after that ordeal, i got home and watched 'napoleon dynamite' after a delectable TD's dinner. i have yet to find out if christin got it home in time. oh, by the way. today was my 17th birthday. happy birthday to me! :)

today's entry is dedicated to my momma for poppin me out this wonderful day 17 years ago at the ungodly hour of 7:54 am. i'm sorry i haven't turned out better mom. :P
