"Alas, I also made another embarrassing mistake during last week's lecture. This one was pretty obvious and I am sure many of you caught it. I said the mountain in Sabah is Mt Kilimanjaro. The gaffe hit me (like a sledgehammer) when I was lying down to sleep that night, when the word Mt Kinabalu suddenly came to mind, and I wanted to kick myself in the bed. Because, oh my god, Mt Kilimanjaro is in Africa, plus I have gone to Mt Kinabalu before! One week later, I am still shuddering at this mistake cum ignorance, and then I made another today.
Ok, I need to go dig a hole in the ground to bury my head now. These are good reasons indeed why I should not be teaching Geography or History, haha."

Following up on the previous announcement that he made, apparently that was some big hoo-ha over FB over it? "How can he be so insensitive?" Blah blah blah. When he's joking, people think he's serious. When he's serious, people think he is joking. Poor guy.
