I hate those long catch-you-up-on-everything-I-haven't-posted about entries because if you don't know what's going on in my life, then:
a) You don't care.
and/or
b) I don't want you [specifically] to know.

So here's a trivial list of what's going on today:
I learned Smooth Criminal on violin. Thank you David Garrett.
I worked on vocal tracks for Wavorly. Their forthcoming record is going to be amazing, and it's pretty spectacular that I'm getting a chance to work on it. The gentleman I work for is kind to me and seems to have more faith in my abilities than I do.
The producer I work with took me on a visual tour of St. Patrick's cathedral in NYC (where he's visiting). We're replete with venerable architecture here in the US, and I always complain that I want to travel overseas. I need to better appreciate my surroundings.
I've been living off free soy pumpkin spice lattes for about a week. Today's latte was the best yet.
Studying for the GREs (actually, studying for anything.. and reading.. and writing.. and most of my hobbies) is considerably easy when I'm not living with a boyfriend.
I began and finished The Lost Symbol. A few thoughts on the book...
-Dan Brown is always a joy to read.
-I spent some time considering secondary s (post-apostrophe) when I write possessive nouns that end in s. Brown seems to find them accessory, but King insists that I include them. So I think I will.
-I agree more with Joseph Campbell's postulations about the allegorical value of the Bible as opposed to the notion of there being some sort of cryptic meaning in the Scripture.

I'm coming into town this weekend, and no one knows yet except a friend of a friend and my parents. So, if you want to see me, find me and say hi. I'm not particularly elusive.

Am I?
