'You're My Heroine'
writes a man I sent information to. It was simple, his request an easy one to fulfill. In fact, I passed the request on to my boss/editor man, who sent back the issue and page number for the article this man was looking for.
Yet, being called a 'heroine' made my day. If I had the energy (which I don't so much due to needing to pick up medication for my sinus infection), I would write the reasons why. But I'll stick to the point and say it made me smile, all bright and cheery.
Now, if every customer did that, I bet people, including myself, would have a different view of customer service jobs!
