It'd be really cool, if it didn't suck greatly.

So for the past month I've been trying to set up an account with the US Postal Service's Web Tools, one aspect of which is the ability to pass their server a list of "dirty" addresses (i.e., addresses that were entered by your grandma into a web form; misspelled, mangled, etc.) and their server will hand back the "official" forms of those addresses, complete with ZIP+4 codes.

Only problem is, I've placed three separate requests to gain access to this service, and a month after placing the first request, I still haven't heard back from them.
